The CCCAA which is the governing body of the Junior Colleges are very clear about their no tolerance for profanity.  Please read the memo below for clarity.  

Regardless of whether you like to this rule or not, you are expected to follow it. Our opinion does not matter in this case.  Apply the rule as expected.

If you eject a player or coach from a game please follow the following protocol.

1. Call me after the game with the following information

Player number, team, host site and time of game

2.  Write up a description of what happened either on an email or in your game report that evening what occurred.  Be very specific including the language used if there was profanity involved.

Reminder I have to get the report in to the commissioners ASAP so your immediate attention to this is imperative.
